Mr. Disan Odinga Wafula is a resident of Kikabala village Kapyanga subcounty in Bugiri district.He is a bi profession gentleman holding a degree in law and he is the senior council at Wafula And Company Advocates in Bugiri district in Eastern Uganda.He is also a professional teacher though he resigned in 2016.He founded LIGHT OF HOPE CHARITY FOUNDATION from which LIGHT OF HOPE CHILDREN CENTRE was formed as an orphanage of the charity organisation.

WE END PARENTAL ABANDONMENT
TIMOTHY'S PARENTAL ABANDONMENT.In the wee hours of 6th June 2018, Gilbert Wesonga,a resident of Iwemba village in Bugiri district was astonished to find a three year old boy sleeping on his house verandah.He was so shocked and he asked him why he was there at that time."I was burnt and beaten by my step mother claiming that I had not washed the utensils in time.I therefore decided to run away since my father is a Truck Driver and I usually see you occasionally as he returns home few days," sadly said Timothy.However since Timothy's journey was done at night,he could not trace the direction back to his step mother's home.Gilbert took Timothy to the Bugiri Central Police Station and Timothy was referred to Light of Hope Children Centre for temporary custody as they look for his relatives.Your kindness could bring about a change in Timothy's life.
